Accelerating Chip Design Verification with AI-Powered Test Automation
Broadcom
Challenges
- Broadcom's semiconductor design verification process was bottlenecked by manual test case generation and validation, consuming 40% of development cycles. With increasing chip complexity and time-to-market pressures, the team needed intelligent automation to accelerate verification without compromising quality.
Our Solutions
- Comcater built an AI/ML-powered test automation platform that intelligently generates, prioritizes, and executes test cases for hardware validation. The system integrated with Broadcom's existing CI/CD pipeline and used machine learning to predict high-risk code paths, reducing manual effort and improving coverage.
“Comcater's AI-driven approach transformed how we validate our most complex chips. The platform not only cut our verification cycle by nearly two-thirds but also caught critical bugs earlier in the pipeline. Their deep understanding of semiconductor workflows made all the difference.”
