Digital Transformation of Cebu Pacific's Booking and Operations Platform
Cebu Pacific
Challenges
- Cebu Pacific faced critical challenges with legacy booking systems that couldn't handle peak travel season traffic, resulting in website outages and lost revenue. Their operations team struggled with manual processes across seat inventory, crew scheduling, and maintenance management, leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs.
Our Solutions
- Comcater Technologies architected and deployed a cloud-native booking platform using microservices architecture, integrated with a real-time inventory management system and AI-powered crew scheduling engine. The solution included a mobile app for passengers, an internal operations dashboard for staff, and automated predictive maintenance alerts, all built on a scalable cloud infrastructure.
“Comcater's end-to-end solution transformed how we operate. Their team understood airline-specific challenges and delivered a platform that's both passenger-friendly and operationally efficient. We've seen immediate ROI through reduced downtime and streamlined crew management.”
