Real-Time Field Operations Dashboard for Halliburton's Offshore Drilling Fleet
Haliburton
Challenges
- Halliburton's offshore drilling operations were fragmented across multiple legacy systems, causing communication delays between rig sites and command centers. Critical real-time data on equipment health, resource allocation, and safety metrics was delayed by 4-6 hours, impacting operational efficiency and risk management.
Our Solutions
- Comcater built an integrated cloud-based operations dashboard leveraging IoT data streams, real-time analytics, and predictive AI models. The platform aggregates sensor data from drilling equipment, visualizes KPIs in real-time, and surfaces anomalies using machine learning — enabling proactive maintenance and faster decision-making across distributed teams.
“Comcater's dashboard transformed how we manage our offshore operations. Real-time visibility into equipment health and resource allocation has been game-changing. We've cut unplanned downtime significantly and our teams now make decisions in minutes, not hours. Their technical depth and commitment to deadlines were exceptional.”
